ADECAT-MECHFARM is the agricultural programme platform of Adecat Agricares Services Limited (RC 1385089), a subsidiary of ADECAT Group Global Investments Companies Limited. We are advancing a structured national mechanization initiative in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

ADECAT-MECHFARM

Adecat Agricares Services Limited (RC 1385089) is a subsidiary of ADECAT Group Global Investments Companies Limited, a private limited company registered in Nigeria (RC 479879) in May 2003 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990.

The group has engaged in road construction projects in Owerri, Imo and Delta State, supplied rice, fertilizers, and petroleum products, and provided tractors and farm tools to indigenous farmers on a lease and outright-sale basis. The group has partnered with the Federal Government through AMCON, state and local governments, and established institutions in the provision of agricultural finance. It has also engaged in facility management and hospitality business.

ADECAT-MECHFARM presents a comprehensive business case for partnering with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to provide mechanized farming implements and training to rural farmers across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria.
